TL;DR
With Program Create with AI, you describe a program and attach your training material (files and links), and the agent turns them into a full program draft: an ordered set of roleplays and tutor roleplays, with personas written, goals assigned and completion requirements set. The agent asks a few quick questions first, builds each activity while you watch, and saves nothing until you select Create program. After that, reshape any program, draft or published, by asking in the Ask AI panel. One request can reorder activities, swap goals or rewrite personas across several roleplays at once. Every program it makes is saved as a Draft, and you choose who gets it and when it's published. Roleplays and goals each have their own Create with AI, covered in separate articles.
What it can do for you
Turn the training material you already have into a full program, then reshape it by describing what you want.
Build from your material. Attach a playbook, guide, deck or call recording, and the agent writes the roleplays, tutor roleplays, personas and slide decks, puts them in order, and sets how each one is scored and completed. It scores roleplays only on goals you pick, and it reuses roleplays you already have where they fit.
Edit in plain language, across many roleplays at once. In Ask AI, one request can change every roleplay it names, and you review it all as one proposal. For example:
"Score the three discovery roleplays on Book a follow-up instead of Actively listen."
"Make the buyer in every pricing roleplay more skeptical, and have them raise implementation cost as an objection."
"Add a procurement lead as a second persona in the final roleplay, and give it a 10-minute limit."
"Move the CFO roleplay after the recap and require 80% to pass."
It works on programs you've already published, too.
You decide when it goes live. Every program the agent makes is saved as a Draft. Assigning groups and publishing stay with you.
Using Program Create with AI
Before you start
You need to be an Org Owner, Org Admin or Space Admin, in the admin view.
Switch to the content space the program belongs in. The agent works within that space: it reuses roleplays from it and saves the program and everything it writes there. This keeps each space's content separate, so space admins work only with their own space's content.
Have your source material ready: documents (up to 100 MB each), audio (up to 5 GB) or video (up to 15 GB), and public links. You can add up to 5 files and 5 links per session.
Plan to finish in one sitting. Select Create program to save your draft. Until then, the unsaved draft lives on this page, and leaving the page will discard it.
Steps
Go to Content > Programs and select Create new. In a content space with no programs yet, the button reads Get started.
Under What should this program cover?, describe the program the way you'd brief a colleague: who it's for, the skills to practice, the activities you want and the result you expect. Name any pass mark ("pass at 80%") and any activity you want built a certain way ("a tutor roleplay that walks reps through the demo talk track"). To speak instead of type, select the microphone. To build the program yourself instead, select Build manually.
To add source material, select +, then Upload or choose files or Add a link. Upload or choose files lets you pick from your file library or upload new files, and uploaded files are added to your library too. You can also drag files onto the box. Then select Start.
Answer A few quick questions. The agent writes these from your brief and your files. For each one, pick an answer, type your own under Something else…, or choose Decide for me to let the agent make the call. A question you leave blank will be treated the same as Decide for me.
Under Which goals can the agent assign to roleplays?, select I'll choose my own goals, then Add Goal to pick from Default goal (Yoodli's pre-built goals) or Global goal (goals defined across your organization). You can pick up to 10. To use a goal you don't have yet, choose Create a goal. The agent will give each roleplay the goals that fit from your list, so every roleplay is scored on goals you chose. If you'd rather decide later, choose Not sure yet (see What Program Create with AI builds).
Optional: add anything else under Anything else to add?, then select Continue. The agent will write an outline, then build each activity: the roleplay's situation, the persona and the scoring. Create program will be greyed out while activities are building, and will become available once they're all built.
Review the draft. Select an activity in the left panel to see its description, its persona and its Completion criteria. Select Edit to change it yourself, or Preview to try it as a learner would.
To change anything, type a request in Ask AI, for example "Add a roleplay after the discovery recap where a skeptical CFO pushes back on Lumora's price compared with their current CRM add-ons." The agent will make the change, put it where you asked, and explain what it did.
Select Configure to set who gets the program. Assigned groups and Evaluators will be empty, because who gets the program and who grades it stay your call. Lock order, Program memory, LMS-only access, the Post-program survey and dates are here too. Lock order (activities in sequence) and Program memory (personas remember earlier conversations in the program, so later roleplays pick up where the last one left off) start on, so check them before you create the program.
Select Create program. The program will open as a Draft. Publish will become available once the program has at least one activity and at least one assigned group (see How programs work section below).
How you know it worked
After step 10, the program is listed under Content > Programs on the Drafts tab.
Each roleplay in the program shows SCORED ON with the goals it's scored on, chosen from the ones you picked in step 5.
The roleplays and personas the agent wrote are listed under Content > Roleplays, in the same content space.

How programs work
A program is an ordered set of activities you assign to groups: roleplays, tutor roleplays, files and links. It's complete when every activity is complete.
Each activity has its own completion requirement. A roleplay is complete when the learner reaches a score (Score %) or practices a number of times (Attempts). You can also require them to share the attempt (Sharing), or have an evaluator grade it (Grading). A file is complete once the learner gets through enough of it, and a link once they open it.
A Draft is yours until you publish. Learners see a program once it's published, and you can publish once it has at least one activity and at least one assigned group.
Lock order makes learners complete activities in sequence. Each one stays locked until the ones before it are done.
What Program Create with AI builds
Roleplays and tutor roleplays, in the order a learner takes them. Each comes with a description, a persona and completion criteria, and the agent tells you in Ask AI why it built the program the way it did.
It reuses roleplays you already have. When a roleplay in the content space fits, the agent adds it to the program instead of writing a new one, and marks it Existing. A reused roleplay keeps its own persona and goals.
Goals come from your list. The agent only assigns goals you picked in step 5.
Not sure yet? Add goals later. If you choose Not sure yet in step 5, the roleplays the agent writes will have no goals, so learners will complete them by attempts rather than by a score. You can add goals to each roleplay later, in its editor.
Everything it writes is saved with the program. When you select Create program, the roleplays and personas will be added to your content space, where you can reuse them in other programs.

What you can attach: documents, audio and video. Documents can be up to 100 MB, audio up to 5 GB and video up to 15 GB.
Up to 5 files and 5 links per session. To add more later in the same session, select + in the Ask AI box, which offers the same Upload or choose files and Add a link.
Use public links. The agent reads pages anyone can open. For a page behind a sign-in, upload the content as a file instead.
Card decks
The agent can build a slide deck for a tutor roleplay from your files. Ask for one in your description ("with a slide deck built from the attached guide"), and the activity will show Card deck and 1 asset shown to learners, so learners see the deck during the tutor roleplay.
Edit a deck in its roleplay. The agent creates decks, and you edit them by opening the roleplay.
Changing a program with Ask AI
What it can change: the program name and description, activities (add, remove, reorder), completion requirements, the survey link, LMS-only access, Program memory and Lock order. Program changes will apply as soon as the agent makes them, with no proposal to accept.
What it can change in a roleplay: the title, description and scenario, the AI objections, how and when it ends, voice or chat practice, the roleplay type, the goals it's scored on, and its personas, including new personas it writes for it.
What it can change in a persona: the name, job title, company, demeanor, background, instructions and voice.
One request can cover several roleplays. Name them, or describe them ("every pricing roleplay"), and the changes arrive together as one proposal.
Edits to a roleplay or persona come as a proposal. Ask for one ("Make the VP of Sales in the tailored demo roleplay more skeptical about forecast accuracy") and review the Proposed changes. Select View details to compare the current and new versions, then Accept or Reject. After you accept, Revert will undo the change.
Shared content stays in sync. A change to a roleplay or persona used elsewhere will apply everywhere it's used, and the proposal will tell you where before you accept.
What stays with you: publishing, Assigned groups, Evaluators, all dates and deleting the program. Keeping these out of the agent's hands means it never changes who gets a program or when.
Programs you already have. Open any program and type in Ask AI. It works on drafts and on published programs.
Published programs
Changes apply to the live program. On a published program, Ask AI reminds you that the program is published, with the note "Changes can affect members’ progress." That way you can plan changes around members already working through it.
Saving and leaving
The unsaved draft lives on this page until you create it. If you leave before Create program, Yoodli asks Leave the program builder? Select Keep editing to stay, or Discard draft to leave without saving. A discarded draft can't be recovered.
Create first, then keep refining. Once the program is created, Ask AI will start a fresh conversation on the saved Draft, and the changes it makes will apply to the saved program.
Troubleshooting
Create new opens the manual program builder instead of Program Create with AI
Program Create with AI is available to Org Owners, Org Admins and Space Admins, in the admin view, once it's turned on for your organization. If it isn't turned on yet, contact your Yoodli account team.
Create program is unavailable
Hover over it to see why. "Available once the agent finishes responding." means the agent is still working on your last request. "Available once all activities are built." means an activity is still building. If an activity failed, retry it or remove it.
I see "Couldn't build this activity. Try again."
Retry the activity, or remove it.
I see "We couldn't read these links"
Check that each link is correct and publicly accessible, or remove it.
A file wasn't added
Files must be documents, audio or video, within the size limits (see Sources).
My roleplays have no goals
With Not sure yet in step 5, the agent had no goals to assign. Add goals to each roleplay in its editor.
Publish is unavailable
Publish needs at least one activity and at least one assigned group. Assign a group under Configure > Assigned groups. If you removed every activity, add one back, then publish.
I left the page and my draft is gone
An unsaved draft lives on the page until you select Create program, and Discard draft removes it. Start again, and select Create program before you leave.
