Quick Search lets admins instantly search for any content across their content spaces — without having to navigate into each space manually. Org admins can search across all content spaces; content space admins can search within the spaces they manage.

What you can search

Quick Search covers content stored in your content spaces, including:

  • Roleplays

  • Personas

  • Custom goals

  • Question banks

  • Interviews

  • Programs

How to use Quick Search

  1. In the admin interface, look for the Quick Search field — it appears in the Content area at the top of the page.

  2. Type any part of the content name.

  3. Results appear in real time as you type.

  4. Click a result to navigate directly to that item.

Who can use Quick Search

  • Org admins — can search for any content across all content spaces in the organization.

  • Content space admins — can search for content within the content spaces they have admin access to.

  • Members do not have access to the admin Quick Search. Learners find practice content through the Practice page or their assigned Programs.

Tips

  • Use Quick Search when you know the name of the content but are not sure which content space it lives in.

  • Search results include the content space the item belongs to, making it easy to identify where to manage or duplicate content.

  • Quick Search is case-insensitive — "onboarding", "Onboarding", and "ONBOARDING" return the same results.
