During a roleplay, the AI can adapt its speaking speed to match your pace. If you are speaking quickly, the AI may respond at a faster pace. If you slow down, the AI will slow down too.
This helps roleplays feel more natural, especially in scenarios that require a careful or deliberate conversation, such as discovery calls, difficult feedback, or technical explanations.
To turn this on, in a roleplay:
1. Click the left most icon for AI speaking speed
2. Select Adaptive
If you want the AI to consistently speak at a specific pace regardless of the learner’s pace, you can still configure that in the persona’s voice settings.
