Embedding a single recording
You can embed an individual speech summary in your own platform. This is useful when you want to show an example recording in a card, internal page, learning flow, or LMS-adjacent experience.
The embedded recording behaves the same way it does in Yoodli. Anyone with permission to view the share link can watch the recording inside the iframe.
Who can embed a single recording
Your organization needs an active Web Embed integration.
Only org admins will see the Embed option on a recording.
The recording must be shared with the organization or made public.
Private recordings cannot be embedded.
How to get the embed code
Open the recording you want to embed.
Click the ellipsis in the top right.
Click Embed
Copy the iframe code.
Paste the code into the page where you want the recording to appear.
What viewers will experience
If the recording is public, viewers can watch it without signing in.
If the recording is shared with the organization only, viewers will be asked to sign in to Yoodli before the recording loads.
Once authenticated, the recording plays inside the iframe.
Troubleshooting
If the recording does not load, check that:
The site where you are embedding the recording is included in your Web Embed integration’s allowlist.
The recording is still shared publicly or with the organization.
The recording has not been changed back to private.
Your iframe includes the standard allow attributes Yoodli needs if you are also embedding practice content on the same page.
