The Recording Library is a centralized hub where you can view, filter, and manage your recordings, explore recordings from your organization, and access any recordings shared directly with you.

Recording Library Overview

The Recording Library in Yoodli is where you can view, organize, and manage all of your recordings. It is designed to make it easy to find practice sessions, roleplays, and shared recordings across your organization.


Recording Library Tabs

My Recordings

This tab shows all recordings you have personally created in Yoodli. These include roleplays, practice sessions, and uploaded recordings.

Filtering options

  • Search by title

  • Filter by Roleplay

  • Filter by Program

  • Filter by Type

  • Sort by creation date or score

Use these filters to quickly narrow down your recordings and focus on specific practice sessions or roleplays.


From Organization

This tab displays recordings created by other users in your organization. It is especially useful for managers, coaches, and admins who want visibility into team practice activity.

These filters help you review recordings across the organization and compare performance at scale.


Shared with Me

This tab contains any recordings that have been shared directly with you by another user. Shared recordings appear here even if you did not create them yourself.

This tab is ideal for reviewing feedback sessions, coaching examples, or recordings shared for collaboration.


Recording Actions Menu

Each recording in the library includes a three dot menu that provides quick access to common actions.

From this menu, you can:

  • Share the recording with others

  • Edit the recording title

  • Copy a shareable link

  • Download the recording

  • Delete the recording

These actions make it easy to manage recordings without leaving the Recording Library.


Data Deletion Feature

For customers who have a subscription plan that includes the "Data Deletion" or are part of an organization, you also have the option to setup automatic data deletion.

With this feature, Yoodli will automatically delete recordings and transcripts after selected time frame while keeping analytics and progress.

To enable automatic data deletion:

  1. Navigate to your general settings page (https://app.yoodli.ai/account)

  2. Scroll down to the "Privacy" section and find the "Data deletion" entry

    1. If you do not see the "Data deletion" entry, you do not have access to this feature and will need to upgrade to a subscription that does include this feature.

  3. Choose the time period

    1. If you are in an organization that enforces a specific Data Deletion setting, you may only choose options that are more strict than the organization defined setting. For example, if you organization set at 7 day maximum to retain Yoodlis, you will not be able to choose the 30 day or Do Not Delete options.

**Recordings are deleted when a user deletes them, when an account is deleted, or according to an organization's retention policy. Retention periods can be set to 30, 7, or 1 day, and data is deleted within 60 days after the end of an agreement**
