Note: Web embed is only available for organizations on an Enterprise plan

Web embed allows you to display Yoodli content in your website. Your users can have access to dashboards, recordings, and individual roleplays within the borders of your website. Simply set up the embed and copy the embed code directly onto your site.

For organizations using LMS, web embed is beneficial for displaying display dashboards and recordings in your LMS. Learners can access dashboards and recordings without having to go to Yoodli. This feature can be used in tandem with our LMS integration.

Web embed currently supports the following content to be embedded.

  • Individual and Team dashboards

  • Recordings library

  • Individual Roleplays

Setting up Web Embed

To get started, you’ll need to be an org admin and go to Manage Integrations from the Org settings page. From here, create a new Web Embed integration.

Fill out the following details and click Save. Make sure to save the integration before copying any code as the code won’t work.

Name: Enter an alias for this integration.

Allow list: Add all URLs where this web embed will be used. Click the checkmark for every URL.

Embed on your Site

Dashboard & Library: From the Web Embed integration page, you can enter the necessary embed size and copy the code over to your website.

Roleplays: When embedding a roleplay, start by going to the specific roleplay within the Roleplays page. Click the ellipsis (⋮) > Manage integration > Web Embed to copy the code for the specific roleplay.

Notes

  • Consult your website provider’s documentation to see how you may best utilize the embed code.

  • You may need to allow embedding on your website before being able to embed Yoodli content. For Wordpress users, you’ll likely need a plugin-enabled plan.
