Using the In-AI Help Session to Learn Yoodli

The In-AI Help Session is an interactive way to learn how to use Yoodli’s core features in a roleplay-style setting. As an org admin, you can launch a help session directly from the Roleplay page.

How to Start a Help Session

  1. Open the Roleplay page in Yoodli.

  2. Click the question mark icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select Start Help Session.

Once the session begins, Cora, your AI tutor, will prompt you to share what you want to learn.

What You Can Learn

Coach Cora can guide you through key Yoodli workflows, including:

  • Creating and customizing roleplays

  • Building and managing programs

  • Exploring best practices for running trainings with Yoodli

You can choose from the on-screen options or simply start talking. Cora will respond in real time and walk you through the steps, just like a live tutorial.
