TL;DR
Yoodli needs a short list of web domains to work. If your organization filters web traffic, have your IT team allow them (list below) so everyone on your network can sign in, record practice sessions and get their feedback. With the recommended wildcard list, it's a one-time change.
Domains to allow
Recommended: wildcard list
Google occasionally changes the exact hostnames behind its services. A wildcard keeps Yoodli working through those changes without another request to IT.
Domain | Used for |
The Yoodli app, its servers and live practice
Sign-in, saved data and recordings
Google sign-in
Live avatars
If your network can't use wildcards
Allow each of these instead. If Google changes one of them, Yoodli stops working until the new one is added, so use the wildcard list when you can.

*.yoodli.ai and *.daily.co stay wildcards in both lists. Each uses several subdomains.
Check that it works
From a computer on your company network:
Go to app.yoodli.ai and sign in.
Record a practice session longer than 30 seconds, and speak during it.
Select Save & View Analysis. The analysis loads.
If all three work, your network is set up. If you see "Your network may be unstable, which could cause issues with AI responses" or "Unable to connect to the audio service", or the session doesn't save, a network restriction is the likely cause.
Troubleshooting
Yoodli works at home but not at work
Something on the company network is blocking it. Check the domains above with your IT team.
Live practice disconnects partway through
If your firewall inspects encrypted traffic, exclude *.yoodli.ai from inspection.
Yoodli doesn't work on any network
