Cancelling your Yoodli subscription stops auto-renewal but doesn't immediately remove your access — you'll continue to have access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. This article explains how to cancel and how to confirm the cancellation actually took effect.

How to cancel your subscription

  1. Log in to Yoodli and go to Account > Billing/Plans.

  2. Click See all plans.

  3. Choose Downgrade to switch to the free plan.

  4. Confirm when prompted.

How to verify your cancellation worked

After completing the steps above, do the following to confirm:

  1. Stay on the Billing/Plans page (or refresh it).

  2. Your plan should now show as Free, or display a message like: "Your current plan expires on [date]."

  3. The auto-renewal toggle or subscription status should no longer show an active paid plan renewing in the future.

If the billing page still shows a paid plan renewing with no end date, the cancellation may not have gone through. Repeat the steps above or contact [email protected].

What if I was charged after cancelling?

If you believe you were charged after cancelling, contact [email protected] and include:

  • The email address on your Yoodli account

  • The date and amount of the unexpected charge

  • A screenshot of your billing page if possible

Our team will investigate and process a refund if a charge occurred in error.

What happens to my access after I cancel?

  • You keep full access until the end of the billing period you've paid for.

  • After that, your account reverts to the free plan, which includes 5 lifetime Yoodlis.

  • Your existing recordings and data are not deleted when you downgrade.
