Learn about Yoodli subscriptions

Written by Christian Bedoya

Yoodli is available both as a plan for teams and organizations, and as a subscription for individuals. If you're setting up Yoodli for your team, contact our sales team to get started.

If you're on an individual plan, a free tier is available (limited to 5 lifetime practice sessions, each a speech, interview, or roleplay over 30 seconds); visit our pricing page to see subscription options.

How to Manage your Subscription

Once you subscribe, you can manage your subscription from our billing page.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can adjust your auto-renewal setting by doing the following:

  1. Access Your Subscription Management Page: Navigate to your account's subscription management section by logging in and selecting Account > Billing/Plans.

  2. View Available Plans: Click on "See all plans" to review the available subscription options.

  3. Downgrade to the Free Plan: Choose the option labeled "Downgrade" to switch to the Free plan.

  4. Confirm Cancellation: When prompted, confirm that you want to cancel your paid plan to stop auto-renewal.

You'll see a dialog to confirm canceling your plan - canceling your plan will just cancel auto-renewal and you'll still have access to Yoodli until your already paid for plan expires.

How to delete your Account

To delete your account and all associated content in Yoodli follow the steps below:

First, go to your account Settings at the bottom left of Yoodli.

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page

Click "Delete my Account". After inputting a reason to delete, you will be prompted to confirm by typing "DELETE".

Once the account is deleted, the account is disabled, you are signed out, and you are no longer able to sign in.

There is a three-day grace period before your account and all associated content is permanently deleted.
