As part of an Enterprise organization, you customize the feedback that Yoodli gives by creating and maintaining your own Coach Bots. Coach Bots control the “Strength” and “Growth Area” feedback given on each Yoodli. This gives you a personalized AI solution to scale training via your company’s materials.

Creating a Coach Bot

You can create your Coach Bot here. Click “Get Started” to go through the wizard to create your Coach Bot.

There are two types of Coach Bots: default and scenario. The default Coach Bot is used for all Yoodlis done in your organization. Scenario Coach Bots, on the other hand, are used only for the scenarios they are assigned to and take precedence over the default Coach Bot. By using both you can create customized feedback for all of your training.

After creating a Coach Bot, you can assign it a “Visibility.” Visibility controls which Yoodlis this Coach Bot is used for:

  • Nobody will effectively disable the Coach Bot

  • Admins Only will have the Coach Bot only apply to organization owners and admins. This allows you to test the Coach Bot before enabling it across your organization.

  • Everybody (recommended) will enable the Coach Bot across your organization

Best Practices

Coach Bots are flexible and are capable of understanding many different types of content. However, there are some recommended best practices for content uploaded to the Coach Bot.

Content Formatting

The best content includes a few paragraphs on a single topic, describing a training framework (e.g., GROW, BANT, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman) or a customer case study.

The next best is a longer document that includes the above description plus examples of content (written, audio, video) that follow or don't follow the framework.

Content Types

The following types of content are best:

  • PDFs

  • Audio files

  • Video files (e.g. courses, Gong calls)

The following types of content are usable, but not preferred:

  • Worksheets with a lot of detail in their instructions (Coach Bot will learn from instructions, but can be confused by the noise)

  • Examples of good pitches (written), with annotations on what makes them good

The following types of content should not be uploaded:

  • Content on delivery (e.g. a piece of content that tell you how to inflect certain words, have stage presence)

  • Documents (e.g PDFs/PowerPoint/Slides presentations) containing visuals. Coach Bot cannot understand visual aids
