Upload your own content like welcome videos and courses for members to view.
Welcome Videos
Easily onboard your members to your organization with welcome videos! Welcome videos appear on the homepage for members of your organization to which they are assigned. Welcome videos are unordered and will be shown all together.
To upload these videos:
Go to the ’Customize’ page and click the ‘Welcome Videos & Courses’ tab.
Find the Welcome Videos section and click ‘Add welcome video.’ You can upload up to 15 videos.
Assign your welcome video to the hubs (groups) for which the videos should show. Welcome videos will only show on the homepages of members who are part of those hubs (groups).
Courses
You can create courses from the ‘Customize’ page under the ‘Welcome Videos & Courses’’ tab. These will appear on the homepage for members of your organization to which they are assigned.
To do so:
Click ‘Create Course,’ name your course, and add a short description.
Choose up to 10 videos per course to upload.
You can rename your files and add optional descriptions while your files are uploading.
Assign the course to hubs (groups). Courses will only show to the hubs (groups) they’re assigned to.
Each organization supports up to 15 courses
