Learn about your library of past recordings

“My Yoodlis” is your library of all your practice sessions (Interview, Roleplay, Presentation), live Yoodlis and uploaded recordings. It’s also where you can find any Yoodli that’s been shared with you.

In your library you can filter both by Yoodlis you've created, as well as see a focused view of all Yoodlis that have been shared with you. In both views, you can sort, filter, and search for Yoodlis.


Downloading Recordings

To download a recording:

  • Go to the “My Yoodlis” tab and click on your Yoodli

  • Find the “...” button next to the Share button and select “Download” from the dropdown.

  • Your recording will download to your device

Note that you may only download recordings from your own Yoodlis, not from any Yoodli shared with you.

Deleting Yoodlis

You can easily delete any Yoodlis you record from your library. To do so:

  1. Click on the Yoodli you would like to delete. This will bring you to the summary page for that Yoodli

  2. Click on the vertical "..." button at the top right of your screen

  3. Choose the delete option

Data Deletion Feature

For customers who have a subscription plan that includes the "Data Deletion" or are part of an organization, you also have the option to setup automatic data deletion.

With this feature, Yoodli will automatically delete recordings and transcripts after selected time frame while keeping analytics and progress.

To enable automatic data deletion:

  1. Navigate to your general settings page (https://app.yoodli.ai/account)

  2. Scroll down to the "Privacy" section and find the "Data deletion" entry

    1. If you do not see the "Data deletion" entry, you do not have access to this feature and will need to upgrade to a subscription that does include this feature.

  3. Choose the time period

    1. If you are in an organization that enforces a specific Data Deletion setting, you may only choose options that are more strict than the organization defined setting. For example, if you organization set at 7 day maximum to retain Yoodlis, you will not be able to choose the 30 day or Do Not Delete options.

Deleting your account
