Program Surveys are only available to Enterprise organizations.
What is a Program Survey?
Program Surveys allow administrators to collect immediate feedback from users at the completion of training programs. This feature replaces traditional email-based surveys with in-platform prompts, resulting in significantly higher engagement rates and more actionable feedback.
Where to find the Program Survey
When a user completes a training Program, they are presented with a survey prompt within the platform, when pressed, the survey will appear in a pop-up window.
The survey can be configured to link to Google Forms, Qualtrics, or other survey platforms of your choice. Yoodli will not know if the member has taken the survey since we are loading it from a third-party provider.
Setting Up a Program Survey
From your Organization Overview, navigate to Content on the left side dock
Go to Programs
Select a Program and click the ellipses (โฎ) then "Edit" or click "View Program"
If you have not created a Program yet, follow the directions from here.
In your Program Overview, click the "Settings" tab
You'll see a box you can copy and paste your survey link.
6. Once you have pasted the link click the check mark and your survey is ready to go in your Program!
FAQ
My organization member can not find the "Take a survey" prompt after they finished the last roleplay in the Program. Where did it go?
If for some reason your organization member has clicked out of the survey, they can open it back up by clicking the ellipsis at the top right of the roleplay to get to the survey again
Where do I adjust the settings for my survey?
All settings come from the platform you created your survey. Yoodli only takes the link from the survey and adds it to the last roleplay of your Program.
