Team Dashboard is designed to give team leads and managers visibility into their team’s progress without requiring administrative access to Yoodli.

What is a Reporting Team?

A Reporting Team allows designated leads or managers to monitor their team's training progress across Yoodli’s core features:

  • Programs

  • Scenarios

  • Goals

This dashboard is embedded directly into the team lead’s member experience for seamless access and oversight.

What Can Team Leads See and Do?

1. Scenario Insights (coming soon)

  • Access aggregated data such as:

    • Average scores

    • Number of attempts

    • Completion rates over time

  • Spot trends and improvement areas across communication scenarios.

2. Program Progress (released)

  • View how team members are progressing through assigned training programs.

  • Send reminders to ensure timely completion.

  • Track overall completion rates and identify who may need extra support.

3. Goal Tracking (coming soon)

  • Monitor individual and team-level progress on communication goals.

  • Dive into skill-specific breakdowns and development trends.

4. Individual Team Member Dashboards (coming soon)

  • View detailed dashboards per team member including:

    • Skill development trends

    • Completed and shared recordings

    • Individual progress across programs, scenarios, and goals

5. Grading Reminders (coming soon)

  • If part of a program requires manual grading, team leads will be notified of any outstanding reviews directly from their dashboard.

Setting up a Team

  • Org admins can also set up teams manually by navigating to People > Reporting Teams

  • Select Create Team

  • Create a reporting team by identifying your team leads and team members. Team Lead access is defined above.

  • You can invite leads and members via email invitation or upload a CSV

  • Org admins can manage add team members, manage roles and remove members

Team Lead View

Team leads will have an at a glance view of how members are performing and be able to track user progress from individual scenarios, programs, and goals. To view their teams, they will navigate to Dashboard and select their team from the dropdown list.

  • Program View (Released as of 3/20/25): Team Leads are able to see member completion states, attempts and areas of strength / growth. Leads will also be able to export downloadable reports.

  • Grading Status (coming soon): Team leads that are evaluators will be able to grade attempts directly from the dashboard.

  • Member Program Progress (coming soon): Per member program dashboard makes it easier to focus on individual members. Leads are also able to filter by specific skill analytics during the program

  • HRIS Integration: Reporting Teams will be managed automatically via an HRIS integration, making it easier than ever to maintain up-to-date team structures and permissions.
